Registration for the ICCE 2026 Conference

Speakers and moderators will receive a speaker code to apply a discount to the member/non-member registration rates.

It is mandatory that you register and pay for the conference by Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026.

IMPORTANT: COPRI requires that at least one author from your presentation register by the speaker registration deadline of Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026, and plan to present your presentation in person in Galveston, Texas.

Presentations (oral and/or posters) that don’t have at least one author registered by Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026, will not be scheduled in the conference agenda at this time.

What You Need to Know About Presenting

• Each session will be 90-minutes in length. Your session will consist of 4-5 abstracts with similar themes, making each oral presentation 18 minutes in length (inclusive of audience Q&A)
• Please arrive to your session at least 15 minutes prior to its’ starting time
• Each session will have an assigned room moderator.
• All session rooms will have a laptop, microphone, and LCD/screen.
• We do not provide a PowerPoint template for your presentation. Be as creative as you like!
• You are not required to submit your PowerPoint prior to the conference. Please bring a copy of your PowerPoint presentation to your conference session to load on the session room laptop.

Practice! Practice! Practice! Keep in mind that you are representing yourself and your organization. If you are well prepared and your delivery is smooth, you’ll leave a very good impression with your audience.
