If your abstract has been selected for poster presentation, please be available during those hours.
COPRI will supply the poster display board and the thumb-tacks to hang your poster.
Registration for the ICCE 2026 Conference
Speakers and moderators will receive a speaker code to apply a discount to the member/non-member registration rates.
It is mandatory that you register and pay for the conference by Sunday, February 1, 2026.
IMPORTANT: COPRI requires that at least one author from your presentation register by the speaker registration deadline of Sunday, February 1, 2026., and plan to present your presentation in person in Galveston, TX.
Presentations (oral and/or posters) that don’t have at least one author registered by Sunday, February 1, 2026 will be not be scheduled in the conference agenda at this time.
Designing your Poster:
Posters should demonstrate the research information summarized in the submitted and accepted abstracts. The maximum poster dimensions are 1.7 meters wide by 1.3 meters high.
Poster orientation can be portrait or landscape. Author names, affiliations, and the first author's email should be mentioned under the title at the top of the poster. Poster content should be legible at 2 meters from the poster. Please do not use text font smaller than 26 points. Title and headers should be at least in a 40-point font.
ASCE/COPRI does not require that you pre-submit the poster content, and there is no specific poster template that must be used. Poster presenters must bring a printed copy of their poster to the conference.
Please remove your poster at the conclusion of the Tuesday evening session, because the exhibit hall is concluding. Any posters remaining at the end of the conclusion of the Tuesday evening poster session will be discarded.
For Poster Judges:
Thank you for offering to assist the ICCE 2026 Technical Committee with judging the content of the poster presentations.
We have asked the poster authors to be available to present their research during the designated poster sessions on Monday, May 18, 2026 and Tuesday, May 19, 2026 from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM. However, the posters will be on display beginning on Sunday, May 17, 2026 (during the evening welcome reception), and will remain on display until the conclusion of the poster session on Tuesday evening.
Please Note: All scoring sheets must be submitted before the poster area closes on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the end of the evening.
Judges are responsible for evaluating the poster’s visual presentation by evaluating the author’s understanding of the research topic; the effective use of visual aids (figures, graphics and charts); and the overall organization and creative layout.
You will also evaluate the poster’s technical content; demonstrating the author’s ability to display the technical content without research or presentation gaps; a proven and well laid out methodology; clearly related results and objectives; and completeness of presentation.
Listening to the author present the poster can enhance your experience, but it is not required for providing your evaluation feedback.
Please log in to the poster evaluation tab located on the conference app, using the same email that was provided to the conference organizers.
